(A) R-Values are minimums. R-19 shall be permitted to be
compressed into a 2" x 6" (51/2") cavity.

(B) The first R-Value applies to continuous insulation, the second to
framing cavity insulation, either insulation meets the requirements.

(C) Or insulation sufficient to fill the frame cavity. R-19 minimum.

(D) Zone 4 area in Western Washington and Oregon must meet
Zone 5 requirements.
