Long awaited redo
Excellent in all aspects of the bathroom remodel. Great communication, follow up and workers. Should have had this done 10 years ago. Enjoying our new bedroom and shower. Thank you!!!
Incredible Company
I cannot say enough great things about this company . Working with David Stackable was the best experience. We really appreciated the clear communication and professionalism from every at Burnett. The windows, siding and doors totally transformed our house and we are beyond satisfied.
Top-notch work for a reasonable price
After consulting with Connie regarding my remodeling ideas, Vitalli and Nic were assigned as my service technicians. They arrived on time each day of the project and were courteous throughout the process. Since I share the building with other tenants, several issues that would otherwise be absent had to be worked around. They were able to do this without much of an inconvenience to strict HOA regulations. They made sure to confirm with me prior to any large scale task being performed to avoid any serious setbacks. My bathrooms look fantastic and reflect on what I had in mind when I agreed to the contract. Would highly recommend Burnett for anyone looking for a similar project.
The Look I Wanted
I am very pleased with the installation and look of my new bath/shower. Thomas was great to work with while choosing the colors/new hardware. The installers were efficient and pleasant. I enjoyed Andre’s sense of humor , and appreciate how quickly and efficiently he and his partner completed the installation. Looking forward to many years enjoying the new look of the bath/shower.
Beautiful Patio Door
I just can’t say enough about the integrity and professionalism of this company. From the planning of every detail to the installation and then final inspection we were treated with the utmost care and courtesy . We had to replace our patio doors and because of the size of door we had Burnett had to do a small adjustment to make the door fit, allowing us to save the expense of ordering a custom door. Chris, a master installer, was able to make that happen, even creating extra trim so that it fit perfectly. He was prompt, kept me informed of every detail as the day went along, and so courteous and professional in his service. When the install was completed I still had a little trouble with the screen door being “sticky” when I tried to close it. He was not satisfied to leave it that way and made adjustments until it glided with ease. I can’t say enough of how pleased and grateful I am with the excellent service I received from him and Burnett Home Improvement and with the quality of my new beautiful door. I highly recommend them! Now, on to the bathroom renovations. 😊
Awesome Siding
Pat was awesome. Showed us the siding, measured the house and just talked to us about the process. Then there is Louie. This guy did a awesome job installing are siding. If there was a issue he took care of it with no problems. I'm so impressed by the way it looks. My wife and I love it. Thank you all...
Post Installation Support
A long overdue review to say that Manny, Burnett's Arkansas Production Manager, is an exceptional representative. I first met Manny when he was brand-new with the company. Several of our new replacement windows had developed a gap between the sash and frame. He came out to understand the problem, researched the solution with his Tulsa counterpart, and made the repairs himself within a couple of days. He kept us informed throughout. Today (nearly a year later), he came out today to fix a lower sash that had popped out of the clip when I tilted the lower sash in to clean the window. He is so courteous and prompt. Thank you for continued great service!
Siding replacement
Our experience with Burnett Improvements was excellent. David Stackable came out & gave us an estimate on siding replacement & was very helpful during the whole process. The siding crew did an excellent job. We are very pleased with the results.
Bathrooms are beautiful
Our family had a good experience with Burnett. Our bathrooms were very outdated and the updates are beautiful and very modern. The installers were very knowledgeable and the sales staff knew their product.
Shower Grab Bar
Had tub taken out last year and Burnetts did excellent job and on time. Wife broke femur recently and called to get additional grab bar installed. Burnetts made it a priority and was able to install same week I called with on time installation and excellent service. Service installer was on time, in and out within 25 minutes with excellent results with no residual cleaning.
