Excellent service
Five years after my windows were replaced, I was cleaning them and was unable to line up the locks correctly to close the locks. In frustration I called Burnett thinking that maybe I hadn’t noticed whether they were locked before or not, I insisted that someone come out to take a look. They not only sent someone out who easily locked the window, he cleaned my remaining large window in a matter of minutes! I am in my seventies and I am extremely grateful for such great service. Thank you Burnett!
Great Experience
The church that I attend experienced a bit of vandalism - 2 broken windows. I called Burnett Windows for an estimate to replace 6 windows that were all the same size , including the 2 broken windows. These were not regular windows- they were tall, narrow and frosted. Bob Watson met with me to discuss the replacement for the windows. He was very helpful and informative of the products available. He indicated that the windows would be delivered in 8-10 weeks. I was surprised when Burnett Windows call and said that the windows were ready to be installed. This was several weeks earlier than expected.
Job completed
My rebuild from a bathtub and shower to just a step in shower has been completed and wife and I couldn't be happier. The two man team of Vittlie(sp?) and Nike were EXCELLENT!. We had a problem with the glass doors that didn't arrive on time but that was not Burnetts fault. I would use this company again for any of the several jobs that they do. Thank You Burnett's.
Vinyl Siding and Gutters
The products used are among the best available. David Stackable, who guided us through the selection of products and design was outstanding . He provided very detailed instructions for the siding guys and they actually mentioned this to us. The two men who performed the removal of the old and installation of the new siding did a wonderful job. They were careful to keep the area cleaned up during the six days that it took to complete the work. Lastly, the new gutters were installed to complete the new look. Although it took several months of waiting from design to actual installation due to problems because of COVID-19 we couldn't be happier with the result. Burnett does quality work.

Challenging Application
We spent a full year researching various dealers and manufacturers and almost gave up more than once. Our application was a challending one, and happily we selected Burnett. We have never regretted our decision. Everyone we worked with was a a pleasure.
