I have found two defects which are minor and do not effect the main function of the window and they are coming out to fix them! This a great place to do business with super friendly and very thorough. When Pat came to do the sales visit he worked around our schedule and was here until almost 8:00pm to work with us and discuss our options. They did my parents house as well and it has saved so much money. We already notice a huge difference in the insulation these windows provide.

The men who installed them were courteous, efficient, and cleaned up after themselves. The price was one of the best we saw for the quality of window and installation. I tried working with a different company and after they came out for the initial estimate it took 3 weeks of calling and e-mails before I finally heard back from someone. I came across Burnett at a home show in Stillwater back in April and within a week of David coming out for the initial estimate we had everything picked out and got approved for financing. David was great to work with! We got everything installed yesterday and it only took one day for two guys to install 8 windows and 2 doors. It was fantastic and I can already tell a difference in the comfort of my house today. Thank you guys so much for your excellent work!

It was an easy process to choose and order our windows and sliding glass doors. Burnett is more expensive than some other companies but it is because they are providing a higher quality product and service. We were completely satisfied with the installation because it was done quickly and by installers who knew what they were doing. The 2 men who installed our windows and doors have worked there 8 years plus.

We have used Burnett to replace some of our windows. We weren?t able to do everything all at one time and they were very patient with us. The person who took care of scheduling was very helpful and worked with my odd work hours for installation. If we have any of our old windows give us problems in future we will definitely call Burnett!
We LOVE all the improvements that Burnett made for us.
We have had Burnett Windows & Siding replace all 22 of our windows, our siding with LP Smartside Diamond Kote Siding and our gutters with K-Guard Seamless guttering. I always get a least 3 quotes and bombard the company?s with all my questions and concerns before picking anyone. We plan on being in this house until they roll us to the nursing home or to the morgue, which ever comes first. So I wanted a warranty that would let me sleep at night. Burnett will let you get any of the work that you want done in phases to fit your budget. They don?t try to strong arm you into doing it all at once. After getting the new windows and siding we don?t really hear the strange noises from the airport or the train tracks in the middle of the night. If you ever have a problem or question during or after the install, they are only a phone call away. The only one in the family that doesn?t care for the new windows is our old cat. She sits in the window to bake in the sun, but no longer can feel the extra heat, so she is puzzled by where Mister Sunshine went.
