I LOVE my new windows.
They?re a vast improvement to the ones I had before. I wasn?t home when they were installed, but as soon as I entered, I could tell a difference, especially that night when it got really cold. Used to I would be freezing, not anymore. I?m SO happy. My daughter said the workers were courteous and respectful. They did a great job and left the place in perfect condition. Everything they promised was done. I?m extremely satisfied. I really like the way they open at the top, that is my favorite neat feature. Plus, the glass is so much nicer, and the screens are the kind that you can?t tell they are there, lol. Great windows, great company!!

Your team performed flawlessly. I cannot recall names at the moment. The crew leader primarily worked on the installation of the patio door. This presented a few challenges which he overcame expertly. He worked diligently in the alignment and funtcion of the door and it works and looks amazing. This has been a much needed upgrade to the house which has caused quite a lot of anxiety in choosing an installer and hoping everything would ?work out.? This entire process was just as the gentleman explained it would be at our first meeting and continued throughout. It has resulted in a tremendous amount of relief to ?finally? get it done. Your product is amazing! I was pretty much sold after listening to the information on craftsmanship and durability for the first time. After meeting with Grandpa for the follow up meeting and him again demonstrating the windows and providing even more information on the craftsmanship, materials and most importantly warranty it was an easy decision. The windows and door are beautiful and we are extremely pleased with your entire process. GOD Bless!

This is the second time we have worked with Burnett, and we are extremely happy with the product and services. The first time was to replace out previous home?s windows, and the current time was to replace our current home?s back patio door and windows. Each time the install was done professionally, on time, and courteously. The cleanup inside and out was completely finished and the trim that needed to be refinished for our patio doors was matched perfectly, which is impressive- the molding on the trim isn?t made anymore, so the installers hand-carved new molding to match so we didn?t have to perform an expensive remodel! After the instal and finishing, the only thing left for us to do was to paint.

Choose Burnett!
Several years ago, when we had decided we had to put siding on the house, I arbitrarily picked 4 siding companies out of the Yellow pages. I ruled out 2 very quickly. The 3rd thought a quote over the phone was good enough, but Burnett gave me pages of previous customers and the current list of homes being worked. I went to one and saw that the trim was as exact as could be. The price difference was marginal between them and the others. After receiving all of the information, I found no problem in choosing Burnett.

Excellent windows, excellent installation, friendly sales and installation personnel. The windows are already making a huge difference in thermal protection ? heat and cold. Windows a bit pricey.
